In this video we will demonstrate mechanical and work zero point calibration

1: Mechanical zero point:

It can also be called the absolute zero point of the robot. There are 6 marks on each axis, align those six groups of marks on all axis then record those position, that is the mechanical zero point, you can record each axis one by one or your can record six axes once and for all if you want.

2: Working zero point:

Working zero point is the position which is a safe standby position before the robot start to move and work. You can move the robot close to the work piece and record the position information in the robot system.
